not getting link through switches

hi all , i am a beginer with mikrotik only done two ptp links .now t tried to done a point to multipoint link. ho ip as 192.168.10. series and branch in 192.168.11.series i configured the wireless link using my laptop and got a through put of 30mb also, i can access branch lan from my laptop but after connecting it to the ho switch i cant access it through the ho lan the subnetmask of the ho and branch lans are 255.255.0.0. my laptop in ho ip series,ip address of the rb is 192.168.88.1/24 [ ho ] and 192.168.86.1/24 [ branch ] anyone lps help me to solve this

me beginer with wireless, have done only two point to pont links .now trying to done a point to multipoint link,everythig ok the signal ,throughput. but when connecting wireless link to the lan hub of head office it is not pinging ,but when connecting to my laptop directly [ ip is in 192.168.10.series,subnet 255.255.0.0 ] i can access everything in branch 1 and branch 2. head office ip series is 192.168.10. ,255.255.0.0,branch 1 ip 192.168.11.,255.255.0.0,branch 2 ip 192.168.12.,255.255.0.0 .but i can access branch 2 from branch 1 through head office AP and vice versa , PLS HELP. I am using rb 433 , two R52 radio in head office as AP , in apbridge mode . In branches i am using sxt , only one cat5 cable out from head office rb 433 ,i am trying to connect it with head office hub and access all network.
