have two routers mikrotik CCR1036-8G-2S+ and CCR1072-1G-8S+, conected with tranceivers S-85DLC05D, and I have no answer to ping, IP configurated is ok, and ports are, sfp+, in routers, just for a moments have conection(ping), but now no answers, sorry, bad English, and i see that in status, i dont have Links advertising negotiation,… but my others interfeces, no problem, have Advertising… I wait for your help, thx.
Auto negotiation is set to disabled. In this case there is no advertisements … instead parameters are hard set to 1Gbps full-duplex. If the other end is not set to exactly the same, it’s likely to see link failure…
