Not See IP Static !!

hi friends
i Have a two way Service , one the HotSpot GateWay and One the PPoE Service.
HotSpot Users Can View my IP Valid , when tracert Go to 172.16.16.1 → My IP Valid. (172.16.16.1 is the my HotSpot GateWay & RB)
but PPoE Users Can’t see IP Valid , when tracert Go to 2.2.2.2 → Request Timeout my IP Valid.
the IP Valid can View over the Internet but my PPoE Users Not See !

did you see if Mikrotik create a dynamic routing rule?
Had you enabled firewall rules?
