Hi all,
I am new to The Dude and have a couple of questions.
The first is, when I run a discovery, no links show up on the network map. I did check that all of the check boxes for show links are checked. I have scanned on several networks and they don’t show. Is there something else that I need to do?
Also, what do the different colors of devices mean on the network map?

Green all probes up, Red all probes down, Orange/Yellow some probes are down, Purple device "ACK"ed and probes are down Note:An ACKed device turns purple when it has a new outage You must un-ACK it to get it to return to turning RED.
I don’t use Auto discover although I have and it does add networks, I think it does when there is a router discovered… It used to re-add the same network which ruined using auto discover for me but I don’t monitor user computers and there are way too many out there that would get discovered so no again to auto discover.
