My current os version is 5.0rc4 & i uploaded 5.0rc11 files from Winbox & restarted but nothing happens. all files were as it is in files folder.

Do you have the files in the root folder?
What does the console say when you watch a reboot - any output on why the files are ignored? Any entries in the logs - there should be?
yes files r in root folder & no error in consoles & logs
Can you post the output of “/file print terse”.
if i netinstall 5.0rc11 can i put userman db of 5.0rc4 in it?
