Could it be an idea to add a submenu under system called notes, where single admins and / or multiple admins could leave notes and remarks regarding various stuff?
i.ex. here this morning i wanted to start configuring for a site-to-site vpn between two boxes, the other box is shut down at the moment, and placed in my backpack before i leave. Then i could left a note for myself on box1 about the url i used as example to use for setting it up, and possibly usernames / passwords etc etc, so when i arrive at the other site, i could just open the note / remark via winbox and continue configuring box2 based on usernames / passwords etc notes left on box1.
