First of all thanks to developers and support for such great product.

After a while of googling around i did not find any usable information about nstreme protocol security.
Yes, its obscure, since its proprietary. However:

  1. is there authentication going on?
  2. how about encryption?
  3. integrity checks?

Thanks.
Since probably im not only one stumbling into this, in sake of future generation RouterOS users, answers to this should be useful in future for others too.

Nstream uses standard WPA2 security under ‘/interface wireless security-profiles’.

Perhaps you’re confusing Nstream with NV2? As NV2 uses it’s own proprietary security and ignores the settings under ‘/interface wireless security-profiles’.
