NTP Client it's not saved

After reboot every RB set back to 89.xx.xx.1 (one of my gateways) and I set them to 17.254.0.26. What to do? RB’s are 133, 133c, 411, 433, even x86.

is there a dhcp-client that is assigning ntp client settings? uncheck the ntp box from the dhcp-client if so.
