NTP server in 3.0 rc 13

How can i setup a NTP server in 3.0 rc13 ? i don’t see any package named NTP

Could be interesting to get a release tree in wiki or in docs, containing feature evolution in each branches ! I know your time is precious, but it could help developper as user, to find what package they need or not.
