NV2 Compatible antennas

Hi

I’m trying to connect SXT Lite 5 station bridges with a NetMetal 5 (bridge) that is connected to a RFElements Sector Carrier Class 5-17 antenna

I can’t get the SXT and NetMetal 5 to connect via NV2

Is this normal ?
Can all antennas operate with NV2 protocol ?

The Antenna doesn’t affecto to the Transmission Protocol… Your problem must be that if the Link has a lot of interference, with NV2 you will get worst behaviour than with 802.11. Try to change the channel.

NV2 has come a lot way since its introduction and I find now NV2 is much more resilient to interference than 802.11

Which wireless mode are you setting on each end?

Make sure the netmetal has a recent ROS and firmware versions.

Can you post /interface wireless export for both the netmetal and SXT?
