"nv2 nstreme 802.11" VS "connect-list"

It seems that the “connect-list” has lower priority than Wireless Protocol and this causes problems.
All my cells have the same SSID.
In the example below the sextant, after a reboot, it connects to the cell with NV2 protocol (22:22) despite the long distance and poor signal and there IS NOT presence in the connect-list

The connect-list should have a higher priority than the protocol used! Why not?

It 's normal behavior? CPE has ROS 5.20

This happens many times when the clients points a NSTREME cell that is (about) in the same direction of a NV2 cell in distance
I attach a simple scheme. Antenna connects to the wrong cell (gray line) instead of the good cell (blu line)

I do not use the same ssid on the ap’s but would edit the connect list signal level for example -85..85, this way if the radio card is damaged and there is 20dbm reduction is signal level the cpe should select the ap with the higher signal strength.
