odd DHCP request in log

I’m using 192.168.200.0/24 in my RB, can’t figure out how a 10. scheme popped up.

I only have 4 PCs, a droid and a Roku on this network, the MAC looks to be a Cisco device.
One PC is static, I see the others in the DHCP leases window in winbox.

Seeing it’s coming from WAN, this is perhaps a router belonging to your ISP, not yours.

And it’s requesting 10.62.96.1, as this was apparently it’s previous IP, and so it asks for renewal with that same IP.

I wonder if this was from my cable modem before I put the Mikrotik online, it’s a Motorola.
