Sounds nice, there are many folks from non-EU contries that would like to come and to get VISA is much easier

Visa is not required for all eu citizens.
For others - i think the visa is no more than 20 euro.
p.s. Bulgaria will be EU member from 01.01.2007
I was thinking for Non-Eu citizens, like Serbia, Bosnia, Nigeria lol
