Is the older IP Cloud service still working?

I have a few older routers out there that I think still use the old service.
Was it shut down or is it just cranky yesterday and today?
Updated a unit from older RouterOS to current.
DID NOT DISABLE IP CLOUD IN BETWEEN.
IP cloud doesn’t work.
Confirmed I can ping cloud2
See the router sending packets on the right port.
Factory default unit and text imported to resume network. IPCloud doesn’t even show updating anymore in winbox…
Here is the output in terminal:
