Old problem with fonts!

For many years we have been using The Dude for network monitoring, several servers on RouterOS, level 4 licenses - all officially purchased. Literally for 10 years there has been one and the same problem, the font uploaded to files (even the only arial.ttf) disappears completely randomly. The file simply disappears from the dude/files directory. As soon as the client reconnects, the font is no longer displayed, but until the client exits and enters, the font still works. This definitely happens on version 6.37.5. This week we started the transition to the 7th branch - 7.18.2, we transfer all the maps manually with rechecking. And again the same problem occurs, at some point the arial font disappears. I can’t figure out the reason for this - we worked on 7.18.2 for literally 4 hours and the font disappeared, sometimes you work for a couple of days - there are no problems. We have to use scripts that connect via FTP and check if the font is missing - if it is missing, they upload it back 5 times. Because if the font is missing - you start uploading it via FTP, it is immediately erased again.

Is it possible to somehow solve this problem? I found several messages on this topic on the Internet - they remained unanswered.

This is definitely a bug in Dude, which has been going on since the first versions of the server transition from Windows to Routeros, well, what is causing this effect? I see this on 4 different servers with different maps and submaps with a level 4 license. I can’t reproduce it exactly - it happens completely by accident.

Is it possible to solve the problem? It creates serious problems in the work of the enterprise.
