If this REALLY is a never used router, plug into any port other than #1 and your computer should get an address in 192.168.88.0/24 and the router should be 192.168.88.1. Oh you're right, I didn't see it there. I read that netinstall is kinda iffy with WINE so I just looked for an old version of winbox.
I did finally find a 2.x version of winbox which could connect without issue.
Not to worry, I upgraded to routerOS 6.48
