OK confused with the newer Omnitik 5 AC. Is it Omnitik 5 or 5AC? International or USA model?
But the output from the terminal “/export hide-sensitive” command would tell more than the screenshot
Screenshot tells me some things:
- using superchannel might give you more frequencies but it doesn’t help if your client devices stick to the allowed frequencies of the regulatory domain
- no_country_set ? This is FCC regulation and frequencies. That’s what you need?
- 5300MHz is normally not in the list for the Omnitik 5 ac USA model (https://i.mt.lv/cdn/rb_files/OmniTIK_5_ac-171023122851.pdf)
- option to disable DFS!? You are sure you upgraded the firmware ???
- indoor limitation also comes after upgrade : http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/omnitik-5-indoor-channel-selection/132313/1
Maybe just stick to “regulatory domain”, fill in country and proper antenna gain.
“superchannel - Conformance Testing Mode. Allow all channels supported by the card.
List of available channels for each band can be seen in /interface wireless info allowed-channels. This mode allows you to test wireless channels outside the default scan-list and/or regulatory domain. This mode should only be used in controlled environments, or if you have a special permission to use it in your region.”
