yes this is normal for all mikrotik router, you can configure multiple WAN or Multiple LAN as per your requirement.
There should be a wlan even if it’s disabled. If one doesn’t show up at all, that sounds like a problem to me.
Check under system → packages
Is the Wireless package installed and enabled?
If not, do so.
If it is installed and enabled and you still have no wireless interface, there must be a problem.
In that case, I suggest to contact support

Yes, all of them has the 6.4 version. I have uninstalled and installed again, but same result, the wireless part does not exist.
I received an email from mikrotik and it will be covered by the warranty.
