Omnitik U-5HnD what's wrong with port 1 (POE)

Hi,
I recently bought Mikrotik Omnitik U-5HnD and I’m trying to configure it by connect the UTP cable on port 1 (POE) but in my PC which is in same IP segment (192.168.88.x) not able to connect whether web or winbox
I also add MAC address manually on winbox with not successful.

unless if i connect second UTP cable to one of those ports (2~5) therefore i can manage Omnitik U-5HnD

is that normal? I seriously doubt was there something unusual but the Omnitik U-5HnD it’s new not used !!
and i reset default setting with seems issue
i feel my issue something with Bridge need to configure it

This is normal because ether1 is configured as WAN by default settings

Try ether2 and it works

actually i have disable dhcp client on eth1 and make it as Bridge with wan1 with one IP & i also disabled all remains ports 2,3,4,5
