omnitik wireless disconnection every minute- frustrating

hi we have omnitik 5hnd , 5.19 upgraded.

we have 6 clients connecting.
Omnitik running ap bridge
clients - station wds

We are seeing customers disconnecting frequently with below messages. We have added them into access list.

signal strength also from -75 to -85 for all customers.

All station wds

logs sometimes shows failed to authenticate, authentication timeout, but then they connect automatically.

Why have you “antenna-gain=25” as this will reduce signal by 25db, normally I set this to 0 regardless of antenna gain.
Also I would advise you change from “wireless-protocol=unspecified” to the protocol you are using and on the clients this is set to “NV2, Nstreame, 802.11” and not unspecified. With signals of "signal strength also from -75 to -85 for all customers" I would reduce wireless data rates from 54 to 24Mbps, this will increase the CCQ and signals levels.

I changed the data rates. see attached.

CCQ still is 70-80%.

Have you changed antenna gain?

Which wireless protocol are you using.

Yes, Changed antenna gain to 0. Tonight will try changing the protocol.

Bcoz all customers are live and on distance.

What should be set on AP for NV2? in Protocol and any other change requred on AP or client side for NV2?

I havent used so need expert support

Set each client to “NV2, Nstreame, 802.11” and on the AP NV2 and if you change the protocol the clients will follow.

In AP , If I keep nv2 in AP, CCQ drops to 64%, if i keep protocol any it CCQ is 90-80%

I have noticed that CCQ reading on NV2 are progessive as bandwidth is increased, I wait a least a few minutes to allow for this after applying NV2 and allow a few minutes for clients CCQ to increase after registering with NV2 AP.
Also if there is no traffic from clients their CCQ will read low but as soon as traffic flows the CCQ will increase.

THanks a lot/. I am monitoring the system and let you guys know.

Appreciate your help. Thanks again.

you have disabled all rates below 24Mbs. Only disable rates above the max rate you want to allow.

on Client/Station side also should this be done?

I set all my clients to a data rate for maximum CCQ but a AP running on NV2 will ignore these and set data rates for each client.
