On a clean setup with Microtik RB750Gr3 router, clients can't ping eachother

2 clients and RB750Gr3 router configured to the same subnet (10.140.1.0/24), all default config (i.e only gateway IP and DHCP range configured, default config adds all 1-4 ports to bridge)

Both clients can ping the gateway (10.140.1.1)
LTE1 (3G modem) works for both
Neither client can ping eachother
Neither client can be pinged from router using Tools → Ping
Both clients can be pinged from router using Tools → Ping (ARP Ping)
Issue is present whether both clients are connected directly to router network ports or connected to an unmanaged switch and switch is connected to the router

I have already tried updating RouterOS to 7.6 and 7.7beta but the issue persists, upgraded firmware to 7.7beta8. What else could i check?

If clients in the same subnet can’t ping each other when connected via an unmanaged switch it has nothing to do with the Mikrotik, most likely client firewall rules.

Concur, there is nothing stopping clients from pinging each other except clients devices (not the MT)

Yeah, this happened due to Windows changed from domain network to public network and firewall blocked ping. Had to switch to Linux clients to figure this out - topic can be closed
