On my GW ethernet stop traffic until I do reboot won't work

Hi all..
The problemes never stop. :confused:
I have problem with GW quite often stop working on ethernet I can log on via 5.8 on it but for somereason the ethernet stop working I have been changed the PCI cards but still doing it .
Can some one tell me what I’m doing wrong here. Because the PC are new pc and they are Duo Core processors. Only reason the GW going down is because on the PCI ethernet traffic stop until i do a reboot. After I do reboot start work , but meaby for 2 hours or sometimes for 1 day or two days will do it again.

I would suggest turning off multiprocessor support and turning on connection tracking.

Post the results of those two things back.

I had a hardware issue with a RB532 that was doing this. Only way I could work around it was by setting up the ping watchdog. Was a pain but sure did beat paying a tower crew…

Scott how should I do to turn off the mulltiprocessors and turn on connection tracking ..
Because I don’t know how to do it..
If you can show me , will be very good.

/system hardware> set multi-cpu=no
/ip firewall connection tracking> set enabled=yes

I can get system hardware click TAB and get me options for those commands

backup gps logging resource ssh
check-disk health note routerboard sup-output
check-installation history ntp scheduler telnet
clock identity package script upgrade
console lcd reboot serial-terminal ups
export license reset-configuration shutdown watchdog

Hi Normis.
Normis after I load version 3 now my Lan cart build in works.
But I have another question.
I was playing with router , I left on more than 24 hours now the demo license expired and I didn’t put license on router but now what should I do to get the license back. I do paid for license but I didn’t put on rotuer. No the rotuer ask me to reinstall If I do reinstall do I loss that Software ID
Plz if you have any suggestion thanks.
