One CPU stuck on 100% usage on CCR1036

Preview: One CPU with 100% usage on CCR1036
Hi!
One of our CCR1036-12G-4S occasionally has problems of slow traffic with our customers. This router has about 1000 PPPoE connections from our customers, each with its corresponding dynamic queue. It also has about 20 NAT rules, 5 of mangle and 160Mbps of traffic, spread over 3 WAN interfaces.
Checking the configuration and resources of the system we find that there is a CPU that is stuck at 100% and we do not know what is known as “management” and “console”.
Anyone know what this is about?

Are you running some scripts in the background?

Check nothing is hitting your management ports (winbox, ssh, etc). It’s easy to make the winbox server hit 100% CPU with many connections to winbox port.

Excellent answer!
An stuck script are running several times and when I deletes it, CPU use was drop to normal values.
