one IP from two different gateway

Hi friends. I have one IP from two different gateway. the IP is 172.20.8.1 from the 10.136.112.73 and 10.134.160.1 gateway. is it any way to change the 172.20.8.1 in to the two different IP ?
for example 172.20.8.1 from the 10.136.112.73 gateway convert to 172.20.8.5 and 172.20.8.1 from the 10.134.160.1 gateway convert to 172.20.8.6 ?

thanks.

Are you talking about PPPoE uplinks?

no these ip from our VOIP provider. we have two different voip number, one from 10.134.160.1 gateway with 172.20.8.1 registration IP and anothor is from 10.136.112.73 gateway with 172.20.8.1 registration IP.

So you mean “gateway” as VoIP gateway or “gateway” as a property of IP route? If VoIP gateway, you’re not “getting IPs” from them in the sense of getting this assigned as your router’s address by DHCP or PPP, but it means that they are expecting you to register from this address as source, and ignore registrations from any other address? Or it is reverse and 172.20.8.1 are the addresses of the registrar server, and you need to make sure that each of your two VoIP devices will be registering to the same remote IP (172.20.18.1) via a different route/WAN? Maybe a drawing will help…

there is no dhcp or ppp. the voip working with static route cable connected.

VOIP1 >>> Mikrotik Gateway:10.136.112.73, IP:172.20.8.1 >>> Elastix Server

VOIP2 >>> Mikrotik Gateway:10.134.160.1, IP:172.20.8.1 >>> Elastix Server

the problem is VOIP1 only registered with 10.136.112.73 gateway from 172.20.8.1 IP and can’t be registering with 10.134.160.1

I’m still lost. I need a drawing where the registrar servers, WAN links, and the VoIP equipment at your premises are shown, each with its address, like below:

registrar 1 - 1.1.1.1 — WAN LINK X — Mikrotik’s WAN interface X - 3.3.3.3, Mikrotik’s route to 1.1.1.1 via 3.3.3.4

registrar 2 - 2.2.2.2 — WAN LINK Y — Mikrotik’s WAN interface Y - 4.4.4.4, Mikrotik’s route to 2.2.2.2 via 4.4.4.3

local site VoIP equipment - 5.5.5.5 — LAN interface A - 5.5.5.6

Because I still did not understand whether the 172.20.8.1 is at your premises or at the ISP/VoIP operator side.
