One of four WiFi interfaces being repeatedly offered IP by DHCP server

At more frequently than once a second one of the four WiFi interfaces (deduced from MAC address) is being offered by DHCP server. It seems therefore that there might be something wrong with my settings, but no idea how to go about debugging this. Could anyone help me with this?

(I recently added a second MikroTik router as a repeater, but don’t remember whether this was an issue before doing this)

Many thanks

Turned out to be settings on the repeater: both wireless interfaces (station bridges), 2.4 and 5.0 GHz, had been connected to the same bridge. After correcting this the problem was resolved
