One problem with WindowsXp and Mikrotik

Before the instalasion WinXP, used VMware for instalasion Mikrotik.
Now I can see one interface but if instalating Mikrotik with out WinXP I can see two interfaces.
Can I have this problem with VMware o anythihg more?
