One usermanager hotspot and some hotspots.

Hello is there a way to have unique radius server hotspot and more than one hotspots somenting like this:
RB433 + 2 wlans configured as hotspots and userman (10.10.10.1)
Rb433 + 2 wlans hotspot without userman with radius enable on 10.10.10.1 (first hotspot)
on more
one more

from second and others hotspots wirless clients have an error like impossible to connect to radius server but ping to 10.10.10.1 goes ok.
Some ideas?

Hi there
did you added the 2 router ip entries on the usermanger corresponding to the 2 NAS :


/ radius add service=hotspot address=y.y.y.y secret=123456
/ radius add service=hotspot address=z.z.z.z secret=123456

did you increase the Radius timeout on the nas / hotspot side?

If this didn’t help , may you report relevant configs for radius and hotspot sections and error you get just to have more information on which define a solution?

timeout: from 300 to 600 ms

Error: RADIUS in not responding

login page form is standard for all hotspots.
