Hello, is it possible to run 2 or more PPPOE account on one WAN from one ISP (isp dont actived Mac filtering ,etc..)
thanks
never tried it myself but should be possible by just adding two pppoe interfaces which use the same ethernet interface. try it and let us know
i tested it,
i connected pppoe-client01 ,pppoe-client02 to one isp, but when pppoe-client02 connected casue disconnecting pppoe-client01!
seem it is not possible to have 2 pppoe client at same time on one wan!
?
I do this as my bonded ADSL set up.
I have one WAN IP address and two phone lines with two PPPoE clients on my Mikrotik as per the setup here:
http://wiki.aa.org.uk/Router_-_RouterOS_and_Routerboard_bonding
i think this solution isn’t for my problem.
i have a
One SXT
and Two PPPOE account from One ISP.
when i run both pppoe clients in Mikrotik one of them disconnects.
i tested PPTP and it was ok, but seem Multiple PPPOE not work!?
no idea?
maybe isp limitation?
