one way multipath routing

Hi,

Did anyone know if it’s possible to make one way routing ?
I would like to have different route for the upload and the download traffic like the following schema:

Router1->wlan1 -----> Router2----->wlan1->Router3
| |
|<wlan2<------ Router3<------wlan2<|

Thanks in advance if somebody can help me,
Best regards,
Julien Hoppe

of course, why not? setup needed static routes - and voilà! just not really sure about using dynamic routing protocols… and maybe you will want to disable connection tracking on central routers - it won’t work as expectet due to each router will service only one direction of traffic

Thanks,

But I don’t kown how to do that with static routes ? Maybe my schema is not clear enough…
I’ve made a new one for better illustration purposes:

please write down your routers’ addresses and routed subnets

as simply as possible:
[] on router1 - default gw = router2
[
] on router2 - default gw = router3right
[] on router3right - default gw = router3bottom
[
] on router3bottom - default gw = router1

OK,

I understand what do you mean, I will try and make some tests… I have EOIP tunnels running on the links…
