only allow email access?

i just bought RB951G-2HnD and version 3.19.

i setup few filters to block access facebook and youtube, however i found it hard to filter ip 1 by 1 as i have around 60 person in my office. so i plan to block all the access and only allow email/pop3/imap.also few users can have full access.
any one can help? thanks in advance!

do the reverse

block everything, and then allow things one by one. you can use address lists too. for example, make one address list for the people who will only have pop/imap, then another one for people who will have full access.

then make a few rules - deny everything, allow pop/imap for first list, allow all for second list.

thanks for you reply. the address list i saw is ip listing one by one, how do i group them? thanks
