Only allow one MAC address

I want to use RouterBOARD to go between a network (192.168.77.0 say) and a specific device (unique MAC) and block any other device from connecting to the network.
What is the best way to set up the RouterBOARD to accomplish this?

Try using reply-only. Be sure to add the static entry in /ip arp.
