When scan the wireless of Mikrotik AP, only the frequencies from 2447 to 2462 are shown, frequency below 2447 are not shown in the scan list, also when we apply frequencies below 2447, the customer receiving signal strengths become very poor,

Have you done a site survey to look at neighboring networks?
2 sites have the same issue.
need to check with TRC
Maybe noise on this frequencies?
Are sites situated nearby?
