We have Point-to-Point WiFi bridge between two SXT Lite5 devices (SXT5nDr2). Is it possible to allow only one particular IP camera (any IP device) to send data over this WiFi bridge?

You can activate the bridge firewall and set corresponding rules.
Which rules would you recommend excepting filtering by IP address because IP address can be easily changed?
Allow only camera’s ip and drop the rest. From your picture it seems than nothing else can get connected to such network so why do you care?
The camera will be at the very easy accessible place and somebody can replace it with another IP device with the same IP address thus gaining access to the LAN resources.
You can use port numbers as parameters the firewall rules.
