open 5060 port in mikrotik

Hi,

i wanted to open a port on my lan side.Port no 5060…how do i do that?
if i open this port on my lan will that be able to communicate to the external(Internet)

By Default Nothing is Blocked in MikroTik Firewall.

nothing is blocked, yes, but I think original poster wants to redirect port to internal network.

You have to use DST-NAT to do this:
