open a web site from the winbox ?

i need to know if there’s a way to open a web site from the winbox ??? if theres a script line to make this , we can open the manual from winbox so can we open another web site ???because i mean i can open my winbox outside my network and i need for example to open my router 192.168.1.1 or my access point 192.168.1.11!!!

No, you cannot.

Try port forwarding the management port of the AP via the public IP on the router.

Alternatively (better solution) set up a VPN server on the router and connect to it, you can then reach devices behind the router in a secure manner.
