hello guys i thing some one can hep me about my problem i already tired to solve this problem i using RB1200 and i already open port fron 1065 -650000 but still got one way audio

you need to provide more details, bigger picture on the setup for any meaningful assistance.
Pure Guess.. you are looking at the wrong place (opening ports) to fix your one way audio issue…
I am guessing, you are running NAT in your network, and there may be other issues depending on your full setup.
Another Pure Guess… go turn off SIP Helper, under IP Firewall Service Ports.
keep in mind the above are pure wild guesses due to lack of detail info about your setup.
