Open ports through vpn pptp

I explain my scenario:
I have two sites, A (main) and B (secondary) with two mikrotik RB951G.
Sites A and B are connected by VPN PPTP, the mikrotik of site B marks the connection to site A, until here everything works correctly, being able to access all the services in both directions.

The problem I have is that I want to open a port in the mikrotik of site A for an IP of site B. I have created a rule in IP / Firewall / NAT but I can not get it to work.
The traffic has to enter through mikrotik A and redirect it to site B.
Can anybody help me?
