The Turkish government has blocked e-Kurdish sites, Is there a way to decode the block? I’ve bought VPN but it was very slow!
I have Mikrotik Routerbour.

Depending on how hard they try, slow VPN might be your only chance and you might be lucky if it works at all. I’d be happy to give you some useful advice, because stupid goverment blocking is my “favourite”, but unfortunately I have no idea what exactly they do in Turkey, and no means to test it. According to quick Google search, they might be blocking even VPNs and Tor, so that would be a little higher level effort than usual. It seems that you’ll either have to do some research yourself, of find someone local, who’s familiar with it.

Or someone abroad who will be willing to provide you a working vpn… I remember when I was there on holidays some years ago I just needed to use some foreign proxy to overcome the government blocks.

You can surely try to start by changing DNS resolvers from those provided by your ISP to some public ones (e.g. Google’s 8.8.8.8, OpenDNS, etc..). But my guess is that it probably won’t help. Foreign proxy would be a way, if you find some, preferably something not too well known.
