Hello, I’ve been trying to open a port for a Minecraft server, but when I check on a port checker it says the port is not open. Can anybody help me? I’ve been trying all day. (Keep in mind I have no idea what I’m doing)
I think I know why it’s not working, it’s because I don’t actually have a public ip address, I’ll try to ask my ISP for one.
If you can forward a port on the ISP router that will work as well.
When and if you do get something working…worthwhile read.
