OpenSSL Security - CVE-2021-3450

Hello,

I’m just curios if CVE-2021-3450 has any impact on ROS? Thinking primarily for SSTP and so on but I guess it is not a major issue regardless but would like to know if ROS is affected and in that case I guess we can expect a release to fix this as well.
