OpenVPN and RDP to Server 2003 problem?

Hi,
I have an issue that I can’t seem to resolve myself. I have an OpenVPN server started and working on a RB750 routerboard, but when I’m connected through the vpn tunnel I cannot start an rdp session with the Windows Server 2003 at the remote site, neither can I access its smb shares. There is no problem connecting to other XP machines, only with the Server 2003. I thought that the problem is with the MTU, but changing it from the client config file doesnt work. I’ve tried clamp mss-to-pmtu for an active ovpn client and that had no effect. The interesting part is that today when I tried to start an rdp session from ubuntu 10.04 via the tunnel it worked, but from a Windows XP client it doesnt work.

The OpenVPN server is in bridge mode, if it matters.

Does anyone have any ideas, because I have no more left  I’m not quite sure if its from router or from the Server 2003.

Ok, I think its from the MTU, but how to change it on the RouterOS? If I set it to 1200 on the client in WinBox it shows MTU 1500.
