is it possible to find what certificate was used for client authentication to openvpn ? It would be great if I could see serial number/subject/thumbprint somewhere in the log. If you have more CA trusted, you simple don’t know what certificate was used to authenticate. If you use certificates on smart cards, you cannot be sure if smartcard was used. I suppose there is no option to set filtering to client certificated by issuer, right ?
