OpenVPN client with tls-auth in RouterOS 6.27?

Hi,

I need to connect from RouterOS 6.27 with OpenVPN to a linux server that requires tls-auth.
is this possible?
When connecting from a linux box the “tls-auth ta.key 1” openvpn config is required.

I don’t see how I can upload the ta.key file.
I have uploaded and imported ca.crt and user crt and key, but it refuses to import ta.key.

Is TLS even supported in the client?
If not, when will it be?

Hi,

I know this is an old thread, but no one from MikroTik seems to have ever commented and I am hitting the same problem.

When will MikroTik support TLS AUTH for OpenVPN Server/Client?

This seems to be a standard option in vanilla OpenVPN Open Source, so why not implemented in MikroTik (yet)?

I’ve trying to connect to a VPN server that requires TLS AUTH, I don’t have the option to turn this off as this is what the third party supplier requires. Currently using PPTP, but would much rather use OpenVPN.
