I have a RB1100x4 connected via OpenVPN as a client to a VPN-server running on pfsense.
On the pfsense I have configured push “route x.x.x.x 255.255.255.0” and it pushes the route to RB1100x4 without any issues.
When I check the routes in RB1100x4 they are listed as Dynamic, Active, VPN.
I have also tested this on a RB952Ui just for testing without any issues.
However, when I do the exact same thing on two different Chateau routers I get an issue with routing.
I can ping the VPN-server network from the Chateau but not from any device connected to the Chateau.
The route that is automatically added to the Chateau has a difference: it only has Dynamic and VPN but not Active.
The firewall rules, NAT, rules and RouterOS version are the same on all devices I tested this on but I can’t get traffic through the tunnel on Chateau devices.
