OpenVPN problem

I have problem to set OpenVPN on mikrotik. “server doesn,t response hello”.

On port 443 packets doesn’t exit computer.

I did It according to the instructions from https://www.micu.eu/ovpn-server/

There’s something missing while creating the cert and key
