Am relative new in Miktorik… Please I have some questions about OpenVPN server I setup openvpn server i can connect but i have some problems into shared files from others pc in the vpn.
I can successfully connect to any pc using ip but not using \computer_name. if i use \computer_name+domain I can also successfully connect. So I read if I want to connect using pc names I need to setup Openvpn as bridge mode or use wins server.
I have Domain controller with dns and wins server setup but open openvpn appears to no setup de wins ip adrres to clients…

So why it’s not setting up wins server ips? Is there something that I am missing to configure?
I installed openvpn on other computer and connected to the mikrotik openvpn server.
This computer receive the wins servers ips.. but it doesn’t connect to any computer using ip nether computer names…
I can’t get why my computer when connects doesn’t receive the wins server but at least i can connect to computer using only ip, but this computer that gets the wins server doesn’t find any computer nether ip or pc names…
