Openwrt not working with RB951G-2HND

We have been installing Openwrt on the RB951G2HND model for over three years. But on the latest batch of hardware we have found a problem. The throughout is very low, less than 1mbps.

Has anything been changed recently on this hardware, potentially in the BootLoader? For example, is the BootLoader no longer initialising the switch?

I had OpenWRT for a long time on Linksys WRT160NL. However, after the update from November 2017, the router died and I bought the RB951G-2nD.
