I heard that the new SW release on 750 router support Cisco GRE tunnel. Therefore I tried to upgrade to new release by saving all package files on my router and then to restart the router. After this my router didn’t respond at all. The only thing helped to get some response from the router was to “reset” it. My router could now be accessed by default configuration, but with new RouterOS (5.0rc1). I tried to restore my old configuration but it stoped again.
Why my configuration based on RouterOS (4.11) doesn’t work with RouterOS (5.0rc1)?

Need more information on what configuration you had.
The configuration was very basic. I had only a simple access list (filter roles), static routing and basic DHCP.
isn’t the router visible even by MAC WinBox?
I reset the router now and configured it from scratch. When I restart or turn on the router it takes about 3-4 minutes to it respond to ping. Is it normal?
