I need to install 25 access points in public outdoor places for a city, can you please recommend me the optimal Mikrotik hardware I can use for such kind of installation.
The locations are public squares, streets, etc. so I need a good area coverage + outdoor resistance, what model do you think I should use? with what antennas?

As no specific requirements were provided, I would say go with groove. It’s bundled with suitable antenna in the box already.

Do you suggest groove over the metal solutions? Budget for this implementation is very high so I would like to use the optimal hardware (APs + antennas) to provide the best signal on such places.

For such range with mobile phone clients you will not utilise the power of the transmitters. No need for metals at all. Even the groove is many times way more powerful than you will need. Rather to place more small cells than few bigger ones. Congratulations to your budget!
