no, there is no way on how to externally change settings of KVM running on RouterOS. However you can customize the guest running within.

by the way, is there any update for kvm on routerOS 5.xx ?
until now changes regarding kvm also where back-ported to 5.x while 6.0rc release is newer and 5.x with latest changes is not released.
